    13mm Komicel – WTF is it and where does it come from?

    Hello,

    We have been asked to supply signs on 13mm komicel, spoke to our usual suppliers (Vink) about this and they think that they can supply an alternative. Anybody know who stocks Komicel (in Ireland)? What is it like to work with. I have looked on the www for this but not too many references to it though.

    Years ago I used to get it from Amari. It’s similar to foamex, but a bit heavier, stronger and has more of a gloss finish. I think you are referring to Komacell.

    Sorted thanks Andy, having more luck searching for Komacell. The specifier insisted it was spelt the other way. Feckin’ eejit.
