Papergraphics Expands Textile Print Capabilities with HP Stitch S1000 Installation

Large format specialist Papergraphics officially stepped into the HP Stitch channel in March 2025, having supplied customers with solutions from the HP Latex range for many years. The installation of a new HP Stitch S1000 printer inside its Customer Experience Centre comes as part of a wider upgrade of the headquarters.
Based in Crawley, West Sussex, Papergraphics is an international supplier of wide-format print media, printers and services. Having celebrated its 40th anniversary last year, the family-owned company now has offices in the UK, Spain and the Netherlands to expedite global orders.

To further support customers, Papergraphics has overseen a comprehensive refresh of its demonstration centre, believed to be the largest space of its kind in the UK. It aims to provide a dynamic, experience-led environment that will inspire visitors through real-world applications, with immersive zones showcasing finished applications across key markets spanning décor, signage, soft furnishings and retail displays.
As part of the redevelopment of its Customer Experience Centre, Papergraphics has added several leading HP machines to the new-look facility, all of which customers can see in action during their visit. New additions include the HP Latex 630W, HP Latex 830W and HP Latex R530 printers, as well as both the HP Latex R1000 and HP Latex R2000.

The installation of the Stitch S1000 is the latest upgrade to the centre, and follows the launch of Papergraphics’ own textile brand, Tissaro. Visitors will now be able to learn how the printer can play a broader role in enabling creative, high-impact applications across multiple sectors. This dye-sublimation printer prints on media up to 3.2m wide and reaches speeds of 220 sq. m/hr in two-pass mode. Running 10L cartridges, the machine can produce prints at 1200dpi, with features such as a media loading table for smooth operation, a spreader roller that automatically removes wrinkles, and self-maintenance to reduce downtime.
“I’m really pleased to have the HP Stitch S1000 in our Customer Experience Centre. It’s an impressive piece of technology that perfectly complements our own Tissaro Fabrics range, allowing us to show customers first-hand how HP’s dye-sublimation hardware can be used to produce outstanding textile applications. It’s not just about demonstrating the machine—it’s about showing the opportunities it unlocks,” said John Selby, CEO at Papergraphics.
“With the transformation of the centre, we wanted to move away from the idea of a simple demo room and instead create a true application facility. It’s about experiencing the applications and understanding the creative possibilities behind the hardware. Each printer has its own dedicated area, so visitors can see how the latest HP technology performs in real-world scenarios. Of course, the machine matters, but what really counts is what you create with it.
