  Corner rounder/cutter. Help?

  Hi guys

  I need to buy a corner rounder (or whatever they are called).
  can anyone recommend a supplier but also tell me the best radious to get?
  Do I need to buy a specific type for foamboard and composite, or will one work for both?

  We love our Hanolex hand corner rounder – 4 corner radius in one die!

  Very well built, brilliant on ACM corners, okay on foamex – Nice company to deal with too

  thank you colin, that is an impressive machine. i only thought you could get them with one corner cutter.
  Unfortunately this one is too pricey for me, i was thinking more in the £200 range. 😊

  is there a radius that suits most small to medium size signs up to about 1200mm square?

  i think we paid around £200 for ours, but i can’t find it online. 🤓

  We bought one of these, with a 10mm die. Works on card, foamex & ACM.

  Got an Amazon special…cheeky £99

  Came with a 2x size die. bought for one customer for one job, but it’s still working great.
  Made for paper / card, but it powers its way through composite & PVC just fine.
  6 & 10mm (the one I use)
