Have you looked at the Simplex website? I think they used to do such a profile.

Looks like Ashby do it, or one very similar.
This photo is a corner version of the same, but these types of signs are modular, so you will get the same version as yours.

Yep I did get a quote from them as was similar but eye-wateringly expensive so thought maybe finding the original system would be more cost effective.

Hi Warren,
I can tell you exactly what extrusion that is, as we used it to make small curved mini monoliths, a bit like the one in the photo. It’s a product by Apco Sign Systems, and it’s one of their contour post extrusions (SPCT50). Unfortunately, from the photo, it looks like the 50mm variant, which I believe they no longer stock (a lot of the range is imported from the States, and I don’t think this size was a big seller). Last time I spoke to Boyd at Apc,o they still stocked 100mm posts, but these may not work for you, but may be worth giving them a ring about the 50mm.
