DIY Vinyl Application Table
A regular customer of mine was introducing an new product to their line up….flood coated toughed 4mm thick glass panels….anything in size up to 2400mm x1200mm.
Transporting 2400mmx1200mm glass panels was not really a good option for me so I had to come up with a solution for applying on site.
Their factory has plenty of space so I was given use of a large bench and came up with this.
A 1300mm wide hand laminator with MDF boxes either side giving a level surface,to stop the glass bending, covered in felt to allow the glass to slide smoothly without scratching and allows the glass to be slid over the edges for easy trimming while still on the bench
Works extremely well and at under £250 all in was much cheaper than a Rolls Roller :thumbsup:

Brilliant Kevin always thought of making one myself. The tables seem very over priced for all that’s in them!!
