  Electricity costs for new unit, advice needed please?

  Hi

  Wonder if anyone can give me a bit of advice. I’m in a unit at the moment where electricity is included in my rent but I’m planning to move to a larger unit where I’d be paying it separately.

  The unit has three phase supply and I’m running a Seal laminator, three printers plus the usual computers etc.

  Can anyone give me any idea what I should be expecting to pay for electricity? I have literally no idea what to expect!

  We we are £90 a month with a 1,200 sq ft unit. Various computers, 1
  Printer, 1 plotter, 1 heat press and 1 mountersmate laminator.. plus and employee who charges his phone all day.. everyday
