If you found someone steal your design after they stole design and dis job somewhere else but you sent them disclaimer with email you cant copy this unless you get copyright design release fee 240 plus vat?

    How to pursue it legally?

    You have two options –

Persue them for the £240+VAT which can be done through the small claims court, you will probably need to issue an invoice for the sum.

Or you can issue a claim for damages & losses through the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (small claims track), where you may receive more than the £240… it’s easily doable by yourself if you want to swat up on the legislation, and be sure to include a flagrency uplift if they’ve removed/ignored a prominent copyright notice.

Here’s what happened with out case at the IPEC. topic66155.html

What I would be doing, is looking at how you got in the position in the first place, did you not take a deposit?
