  HP L25500 INK REPLACEMENT PROBLEM

  Hi Guys,

  I have an issue with my machine,

  It is telling me to replace a couple of cartridges which i did but when the new ones are installed it still says replace them.

  Any ideas or is it engineer visit time?

  Sometimes it can be a faulty chip on the cartridge, if they are genuine carts then call your supplier and they will replace them foc, probably require a couple pics and a printout but should be fine.
