    Roland XR640 pre heater problem

    Good afternoon.

    We are having a problem we the pre heater not getting hot.
    The temperature on the the display screen is reading 50 but only slightly warm to the touch.

    Any ideas what the problem may be?

    Does it come up message heater timeout?

    No nothing. Took the back plate off but can’t see anything obvious.

    I had front heater not heating up and needed to change a head (crying lol) and got the engineer to sort at same time, it was a fuse at the back of printer.
