love the ama pro sign how was it attached what bonding did you use :claps:

For AMA, customer had the canopy built from powder costed alloy. Lettering 19mm PVC with 3M vinyl face for the real colour. Bonded with strips of VHB and thin beads of ‘Sticks like S***’ as the surface was slightly warped…it ain’t going anywhere.

Some really nice projects there David. Do you treat the edges of foam lettering with anything? I’ve avoiding using foam of late as the edges blacken quite badly. I usually compromise with a 10mm acrylic but don’t really get the depth I’m after. The guy who does our cnc work has suggested pva on foam edges but I’ve never tried it myself.

The higher density / quality foams have a tighter grain and reduce thw risk of weathering and it going black. To counter this i have painted the edges of SOME in an acrylic paint.
