  Roland Engineer, help needed with Versastudio BN-20

  HEllo
  looking for roland enginer for versastudio BN-20 who is able to help without ruining me like roland dg trying.
  Problem is printer stop printing, No warning no errors. When I do nozzle check there is nothing just white vinyl not single dot. Noticed that there is white ink dripping on vinyl after cleaning and is a lot of white ink all over the cap station.
  Roland was telling me that they will order main board and some cables because it look like electrical problem.
  Any idea or any qualified technician who is able to help?

  Hi Jozef,
  It could be the mainboard but it could also be the print head.
  How much ink is dripping from the head?
  Where in the country are you based?
