We use pulse, it’s quite old but a good level. Tbh we can’t use it to its full advantage, I’ve not got the time to sit there and play.

Embroidery digitising is so cheap to buy in, India and Chinese companies offer it for £5-£10. We’ve started to use David sharpe in the uk, £12.50 I believe.
So we just charge the customer £25 set up and send it off, it safe a lot of time and we just get on with something else.

Take the stress off me tbh too, so I’m all for it. Lol

Coreldrawings is an add on to Corel, I also believe there’s an add on to illistrator.

    I use Creative Drawings 6,

I do all my digitising in house, generally have logos in vector format for cutting vinyl etc anyway, so a quick copy and paste few adjustments and your good to go,

As said it’s cheap to outsource digitising, but I can set up logos in 5 minutes this way.

Agree with above comments, sometimes easier to sub out for 6.00

I prefer Wilcom software E4 bu there is Wilcom Hatch a little cheaper (about 1k)

as for machines, looked at very closely.

Brought 2 single head Happy HCS2, brilliant!

I have an old Brother PR as a spare but have invested in a new Melco Emt16 Plus. Mega fast so production time is at least halved and finish is good. But you get what you pay for.
