    Hi all,

Can anybody please explain what is happening in the attached photos? I’m trying to print a large area of a blue-grey colour, but on my test prints it’s showing magenta streaks through the print.

The steaks are in exactly the same place each time (affecting different areas of the test prints.

I’ve tried Env-match, performed a head clean and a manual maintenance clean, nozzle check is 100% ok, i’ve cleaned the encoder strip with isopropyl alcohol (which fixed the issue for a time, but has since re-occured). I’ve also tried different medias and different settings within versaworks and nothing seems to be fixing the issue!

I’ve just tried to print the job, and for half of the print its absolutely fine, no issues, then suddenly half way through, the steaks are back! What is going on! :bangshead:

Recently had 4 new genuine dampers fitted as well. I’m completely out of ideas…

Does anyone please have any further suggestions or advice?

    Thanks in advance!

I would try running a lower temperature. Looks to me like the media is cockling causing different heights in the media.
