    GR640 wont read 4th crop mark

    Hi, Anyone any ideas why our Roland GR640 wont read the 4th crop mark? Reads the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd perfectly but when it comes to the 4th the sensor passes over it but doesn’t recognise it! Tried now with 3 different sheets but still wont read the 4th mark. Ready for the mental asylum at this stage.
