Hi All, Ive got this to flood coat in dark grey. What material would you recommend for this bearing in mind there are a lot of rivets to deal with? Thanks in advance.

We did a catering trailer similar, used Metamark M7A, and a wall vinyl roller applicator on the rivets, might have needed to prick a few to let the air escape but it worked a treat.

Are they rivets or big flat caps about the size of a 2p coin with a nasty rubber grommet around it ?

I would go with Oracal 970RA.

I find the quickest way is to undo the coach bolts, fit vinyl refit bolts you can cover the bolts easy when out if you want.

Thanks all, will def go with an air release for ease of fitting. I hadn’t thought about removing the rivets. They are dome head but not sure about rubber grommets.
Oracal is my day to day material so will have a look at the 970, cheers

The 970R is fairly nice stuff to work with. We’ve been using it a fair bit recently
