  Gerber Envision 375 cut issue

  Hi,
  Sorry that it’s been a while – different sign projects have kept me busy to the extreme. I have an Gerber Envision 375 plotter and need to get it looked at either with help or by an engineer. Checked all the obvious etc (Belt/ pulleys/ cutting strip/ glue on sprockets) but I think the problem lies with some sort of machine calibration as the X axis seems to be out by 0.5mm. If i try to cut a square or circle out of Omega Composer 5.0 they are not completely as what’s on the screen (basically squashed by rougly 0.5mm) in the vinyl IN/OUT direction). Is this a job for an engineer (preferably not Spandex please!!)
