Always great to hear positive feedback from folk using trade suppliers, especially when they are also a UKSG – UK Sign Group supplier. well done James and his team yet again!

Thanks for the kind words guys!

I think our team enjoy tight deadlines….You should see them running around trying to get items packed before the couriers arrive every day.

    Happy we could help.

    Hi James,

    Cheers,

    So it’s Richard who’s holding up our job 😆 😆 😆 😆

In all seriousness, James has been a godsend this past week (or 2), and this is the reason we use him… although I think he wishes we didn’t at times.

Had a site meeting a few weeks back with a good design agency customer ours, they were looking for fabric banners & panels, and stipulated an installation date of 30/31 May. No problem, they were the only two free days we had before my dad went away on Holiday, so are penciled in.

I make a point of telling them the fabric prints are outsourced and they are a priority for artwork, everything else we can produce in house isn’t a problem. The customer suppliers 2 parts of artwork, James prints those.

Then 1 day after the deadline we stipulated to our client, other parts arrive. 1 hour later, they’re superseded as there’s some translation issues. Not an hour later, we’re told to hold off those. The following day, we get the 3rd set of artwork, with the correct translations.

Everything is fine, then they add more additional prints that were never in the original survey.

Tuesday arrives we’re heading down to Wrexham to install the prints we produced in house, James is expecting yet another last minute addition to the fabric prints. With no phone reception in Wrexham, it’s Wednesday before James can actually print it all the remaining artwork in one go.

The very end client is expecting everything installed for Wednesday.

The Friday before we spoke with James, and advised our client that it is likely to be Thursday when the fabric is delivered (until they added another part Monday!) which then put delivery to Friday, and we again asked James for a pre 10 delivery direct to site.

I’ve been out the office installing today by myself, to get a call from our client who was expecting them delivered to site today by sameday courier (news to me) with very little I can do out the office, a call to James & the client, and they’ve sorted something between them, for someone to collect them this evening.

In short, what should’ve been a run of the mill job, turned into utter chaos.

James has remained calm throughout, imparted some great advice, and understanding the position we’re in. He’s gone above & beyond what any other supplier would do, and whilst our customer, and the end user probably wont give it a second thought, James & co, have really pulled through for us. :claps: :claps: :claps:

James has produced my last 3 jobs and sent direct to clients. I have not even seen the finished jobs!
Nice to have faith and trust in someone at last.

Keep up the good work James and team
