Hi All, I am after some printable vinyl that can be solvent printed and once on is very difficult to get off, I suppose its like tamper proof labels. I have a client who wants to mark up all his plant/kit with 200mm x 100mm labels the only other thing is i dont want to buy 50mtrs of this to gather dust once i have done his job which will probably only need 5mtrs, any pointers would be great please

    Cheers

Arlon wall wrap media, sticks like sh**. get it via Wm Smiths.
i forget the series code for it sorry… but know thats what i got it for.
i believe same is used for low energy surfaces which are reputably difficult to stick too.
i doubt as a digital media you will get it in small quantities but worth the call!

Hexis do a vinyl that is very brittle when stuck, so won’t come away in one piece. It’s like an anti tamper vinyl.

Can’t remember the code, but had a rep call in last week showing me their very extensive range.

    Hi Dave,

might be worth checking out digital vinyl for masonry and exterior floors etc. Some suppliers will split rolls as its a specialist material

Just had an idea, George – you could cut ordinary vinyl into very small squares after printing so it would be a real drag to remove.
