  Summa D60 right pinch roller error

  Hello,
  here I am after long time.
  I’m having an issue with the SummaCut D60R.
  Sometimes when I laod the media, I get an error message on the LCD screen: "Right pinch roller is not set properly above a sleeve! Raise the pinch rollers and set them correctly."
  This would seem easy fix, but the problem is that the pinch rollers are both set properly above a sleeve. When I push the head back and restart machine with switch off/on it normally works. I even try to clean the sensor but the problem remains.
  Any tips or what I need to do to fix this?
