  please help me with a an urgent problem Roland BN20

  while installing an ink cartridge i have bent the pin that punctures the hole in the cartridge, does anyone know what this pin is called before my ink dries out in the head?

  I dont know what its called but i remember doing something to this area about 10 years ago on our old Roland and it was major strip down of the machine to access that part. May not be the case these days but thought i would mention in case you were going to attempt to change yourself. Best of luck!

  I would leave the heads soaking in cleaning fluid , (clamp the outlet pipe and fill up the capping station with cleaning fluid to keep the head moist ) until you get the problem fixed
