We have our JV33 covered with them. They are perfectly good and much cheaper than the manufacturer warranty.
We had to have a new head on our machine last week due to a bad head strike and this was covered by their warranty.

Thanks Jon and Dan 😀
Derek, as a representative of Atlantic Tech Services, if I can help at all, please let me know.

Derek email me and I will tell you the experience I had with them..,you’ve got my email.

James, as far as I’m aware, you have never had any dealings with Atlantic Tech Services, your company name isn’t even on our database. Is it possible you’re getting us mixed up with another company or you have a company other than Group 101?

Can’t fault them either, I have a printer who is a temperamental mistress yet the lads have never failed to get her back up and running in a short timescale too. Would highly recommend 🙂

Stafford your the same mob as APS right???….if so then yes I have had dealings with you guys….a guy called Keith from what I remember! I’m quite happy to post the complete correspondence I had with APS right here if you would like? I’m sure it would make a very interesting read….granted my dealings were not with the ink side but never the less your still all part of the same group.

Hi James, I could be interested in hearing about your dealings with Atlantic Tech Services, it seems I may have an issue brewing with them regarding my insurance policy for my Mimaki.
Just waiting to hear back from them.Thank you by the way, I have sent a few small jobs your way over the past year, my customers are very happy :claps: .

Hi Lorraine I’m not sure what the situation down there is like now but I remember when I was dealing with them they were quick to give me an insurance job reference number under which I was getting a lot of repairs done to an old flatbed machine of ours. When the machine was finally deemed beyond repair by the manufactures these guys suddenly went all quite and didn’t want to know I guess the thought of having to pay out close to 80k was scaring them somewhat. I would always advise sticking to a manufacturers cover we have cover on one of our flatbeds now with art system for last 6 years granted it cost us 8k a year but when something does goes wrong Artsystems are with you next day and have all the parts they need to get you up and running again.Good luck with it all hope you get sorted
