  Pro-dec are good. Quality stuff in a good range of sizes and colours.
  Most suppliers buy off them, mark it up and sell on… sometimes being a lot less flexible on order quantities.

  Buy direct…

  They might still do their starter packs with about a dozen colours in a hand box to get you going.
