    Hi Guys,

Hope everyones having a great Sunday!

Has anyone experienced the below issues when printing white ink on Roland XR640

Not quite sure what could be causing this. You see the white lines either side of the text

As always we got shed loads of white to print so if anyone does know a fix would be great if you could post

    Cheers Guys!

could try to check contamination fluff dried ink etc, static can cause it or maybe a dirty encoder or reader eye as it appears to be such a regular pattern.

    Hey Kev…

Nozzles are all good mate, we had a new head a few weeks back and only done 300 Sqm since.

We are print on clear vinyl the same job we do for the client all the time mate…not sure what has changed since last time…the only I think we have had different is the new head.

This was changed by Roland so should all be good
