    Hey

Just to get a little feedback, what vinyl would you use for the design in the attached image?

Bearing in mind potential issues with the vinyl popping out of the recess at a later point.

Oracal 751 will do that as it’s a cast, but there’s not much in the recess, and from memory they’re not that deep.

You may be OK with a decent polymeric, if you work the vinyl into the step, not stretch it.

Decent polymeric layed over the edge with no stretch. Have done on a few occasions and its been fine. If i had red cast on the shelf it would be my first choice tho!!!

This should be easy enough to inlay into the recess. So based on that Oracal 551. Other wise Oracal 751c.

    Thanks guys.

I was planning to use 751 but I do like avery vinyl so I was thinking maybe the 777 although I have not used that before.

Never used the 3m 180c and don’t even know how that compares on price with oracal and avery, i’m guessing being 3m will be a lot more expensive.

It’s good to know what others would do and what their weapon of choice would be.

    Thanks
