I’ve got one small customer who keeps insisting on supplying his own vinyl for me to cut, he thinks he’s saving a lot of money!
I keep telling him otherwise but he still buys this stuff, probably from ebay.
Question is, the vinyl hasn’t got any names on it, nothing at all, just plain white backing paper, am I right in assuming that if there’s no names printed on the back then it must be cheap rubbish?

Probably in this case, Gordon, given the circumstances 🙄
But there are some very high quality vinyls without anything printed on the back so you cant be too sure.
I just got some Avery 900 cast vinyl with air release which has no printing.

I do buy some cheap vinyl for signs that have to last 1 day only and it has nothing printed on the back, from MDP supplies.
    It is cheap rubbish indeed.
From my knowledge, all quality vinyl have something printed on the back.
