Word of warning never found anywhere in Indonesia to be legit i would avoid at all costs, only 3rd party i would recommend is Digi Print Supplies based in Belgium used on several occasions with no problems but make your own mind up

    I second Kev on that…

We have used Digiprint Supplies also, no problems.

I have heard of places selling machine parts such as Print Heads that are not New but reconditioned.

Not sure the cost of one of these so may only be any use if cleaning multiple heads but thought I would post it anyway.
    It’s an Ultrasonic Head Cleaner.

Something you may want to try is to have them done for you…
This site looks to be owned by Silverskies so i imagine Noel the owner of silver skies print supplies overs this service, which might be good as he can also install them for you I think. (best check)

I doubt there are guarantees on this, but worth considering.

    Hi Rob

Thanks, yes we had Eddie up on Monday doing some work but they don’t have a spare in stock.

We have just purchased one direct from the manufacturer as we needed it quickly, received it this morning and now back up and running.

    Thanks for all you help.

Im currently in a dispute with DIgiprint-Supplies as one of my orders were damaged by DPD and disposed of. However they never notified sender. They cant see it on there side which is now a back and forth game since Monday.

Lets see how this plays out as i have never had this happen before.

Ordered some bits from Digiprint on 9th June, all showing in stock and arrived missing one item that still shows in stock but they keep saying they dont have any and coming in shortly.

Really hate it when suppliers have an in stock / out of stock indicator and they leave it showing false information, could have walked to Belgium and picked one up in the time its taken.

I have had to chase it up daily as they don’t seem ever get back to you.

Just had a ticket update showing we have credited your account. I don’t want a credit I want my order.

Customer service is terrible and this is only my third order with them and the second one have a issue. Last time they showed item in stock and instead of sending me my full order they send half and then half a week later.

Yes I have had the same thing with Digiprint with their ink, ordered, saying in stock etc when they are not.
Also found out that they cut the date stamp off Roland inks, I wonder why they do this, hide the use by date by any chance!!!

I paid £377.12 and they have credited my store account with £363.89. When I go to place the order which now costs £406 instead of the £377 I originally paid.

The point is would it of hurt to just resend me my order. It in now delayed over a week.

I am now scared to use this company again. Lucky it’s a small order.

Unfortunately I hear this story about Digiprint a lot.

I do use them for certain parts but you have to be careful about genuine/non genuine and stock/out of stock items. Also, in answer to the original question, do NOT use anything other than reputable companies to buy your parts. You might pay a little more but at least you’ll get your item. Even we’ve come unstuck with a company in Indonesia.

Sad really as there prices on some items are unbeatable. Shame about the service.

As you said, maybe next time pay little more and get the service we deserve as paying customers.
