Does anyone get the same service from Metamark ? Every box arrives damaged. I have sent loads of print vinyl back and ask for the boxes to be secure every time I order. and every time they come with the end smashed in and the vinyl usually sliding around on the van floor. Their idea of extra packaging is Two strips of tape not One which does no good whatsoever.
I can’t believe I am the only one that gets this trouble !!

Only seem’s to be a problem since they started using TNT, rather than City Link.

Same boxes, so must be the carrier. We have the same issue. If I wasn’t in a rush for some of the vinyl I would probably send it back.

Same here. Sometimes they arrive safe but most of the time the box is smashed more or less.

It’s very rare that our Metamark arrives damaged & it’s usually delivered with TNT. We have had issues in the past, and have mentioned this to Metamark, but our current TNT driver is very good – I think this has a lot to do with it.

Think a lot IS down to the carrier, depot & driver.

Wm Smith stuff generally undamaged – but then they will palletise any order of more than 3 boxes.

Meta – frequently comes in with holes / open ends but media (1530 x 50m print) is normally undamaged.

Soyang – packaging is super heavy duty external tubes / pallets for the banner and more along the lines of "In Soviet Russia, Parcel Damage Truck"

Any supplier I’ve got though – say it’s been damaged and they’ll replace or credit the damaged portion.
