  fail to read media width

  hi
  have rs-640 printer.
  it fails to read media width, whichever width, it always shows max width around 1600mm

  any solution for this ?

  What media are you using? Had an issue with ours using metallic vinyl.

  Been a while since we had our RS but look in the menu on the machine and see if there’s a setting for measuring the width.
