Sign Manufacturer for tray and led 3d letters

Hi

Can anyone help me with a supplier for a sign tray with lit up 3d letters?

I’m trying to do my first shop sign and in all fairness I need a little guidance from the supplier, i’ve tried a few of people and still no further forward getting a quote, how long should it take?

Also, can anyone upload an image of how they supply the artwork for the quote as I think i’ve done this wrong.

I would give Applelec a call mate, very helpful when it comes to advice.

Anyone should be able to quote for you if you send a PDF or an AI file. Write down as much info as possible, ie if the letters are face or halo, what finish you are looking for ie are they satin, polished or sprayed.

Thanks for the response.

It’s my first LED sign so I have supplied a 1/20 scale pdf and an image of the effect i’m trying to achieve.

Is there any limits on the halo effect, i.e. lines are too thin, letters too small?

Basically I have a white tray and I need this black logo to light up at night, halo would be the obvious choice i’m guessing

These look like Perspex built ups, and that is not my strong point, email Graeme at the sign group just say Vince from 3D put you on, they make really good Perspex letters, I have used them on a project before. They are also LED suppliers so can advise you on the best ones to use. They are really helpful & know their products. If they were stainless sprayed halo only, then the strokes are fine & would illuminate ok.
