  Laminating rollers not closing

  Hello everybody

  does anyone know how to override the presets of a Seal Image laminator. We are trying to mount on 10mm pvc, and the 10mm setting in just not taking it, in other words the rollers reset to top. This is a real pain, normally I could set to 10mm and insert board, but as its a 400cm board i have to do half and half (set the rollers on the board)

  anyone can help, would really be appreciated
