  Well done Europoint

  So we’ve used Europoint a few times for various things, and things have been OK.

  Last week I ordered a sheet of composite cut to various sizes, I needed Matt/Gloss as they were being produced in Cut Vinyl and preferred a gloss finish. I open the pack yesterday and it’s Matt/Mill. 😮

  I rang the branch at 5pm, they confirmed I ordered Matt/Gloss, and it must be a picking error, can I confirm the sizes I needed it cutting to, and it’ll be with me tomorrow.

  Rolled up to the unit just now, and there’s our neighbour with the replacement boards, delivered at 7:30. :appl:

  Another bonus from them, they’d written the sizes on each board, and marked the offcuts. Made my life easier. :thumbup2:
