  Help need making my first tray. Advice please.

  Hi all,

  I’ve seen a thread on UKSB on making a tray but, no i’ve got the time i can’t find it any more. I have a few questions. How do you get a nice corner finish and what do you use to bond the folds? is there a rule of thumb regarding returns?

  We rivet ours.
  Its safer than glue or vhb.
  Specially with big signs.
  Simon.
