  Wrapping a Sphere – advice required, please?

  Guys

  A bit of a weird one.

  We have a 1m wide sphere with a circumference of 3.15m that we need to wrap.

  The client understand the wrap will happen in pieces and will need to be cut into section etc.

  I was hoping some one might have a wire diagram of a sphere that can be laid flat and we can template from this.

  Any idea? Has anyone done something like this before

  Hi James we created a template from an image like the attached.
  You will need a fair amount of bleed to get hold of and then cut off.
