Could someone please help!…we have a fairly large print, lam and cut job which is approx 2m per print and we would like to set the printer running with multiple crop marked images then leaving it so we can get on with other projects. The problem is we would need it to be set up in a way where after its printed the crop marks, image then final marks we would like to leave 300mm gap before the process starts again, we currently are using Corel Draw and versaworks…

    Any Ideas???

Try using the custom cut function in Versaworks, enter the width of the media, and then the length of the media you require. That should allow the 300mm gap between prints.

Other than that, I am not sure.

Not sure about your software set-up, as we use different programs, but here’s how we would do it:- in Illustrator, we would set up as you have said, and then add 300mm onto the artboard. Onyx would then see this as a 300mm white area on the end of the print. Then set how many copies you would like, and in effect, you would get a 300mm gap between them.
