Graphtec Engineers NW/Manchester
Our FC8000 is in need of some TLC, the thing’s really starting to become a problem, anybody know any Graphtec Engineers that can pop out and give it some much needed TLC in the Manchester or northwest.

Hi David,
I had to take mine to graphtec themselves down in wrexham.
Originally was to be left with them for a day or two but steve the engineer was free so he dealt with it soon as i got there.
Im sure theres 2 engineers they have could be wrong.But just wiegh up the options on them coming out as opposed to you going down there.
Was originally going to call engineer out but was a good 4 days wait nd couldnt wait at the time.
So theres Steve at graphtec other person everyone probably knows is Harry from edward mathias he normally helps with issues on graptec but not sure if they come out.
Oh and Granthams are in preston they sell cutters and printers etc might be worth trying them?

Spoken to Edward Mathias, he’s getting the head engineer to call me see what we can sort out.
My explanation of it being ‘erratic’ doesn’t really help with his diagnosis though.

If you did explain what you meant by it being ‘Erratic’ then in sure it would be sufficient. Though lets hope they didnt misunderstand erratic for erotic 😀 :lol1:
I know youl have alternatives and its not as good as urs but my graphtec cutters free this weekend if you do need but its only a 24inch.
