  Dibond Tray fixings – advice needed, please?

  Hi all.
  I’ve been asked to supply and fit a folded dibond tray for the first time. I’ve had no problem fabricating the tray, but I am looking for the cleanest option of fixing it to the aluminium angle. I’m concerned tech screws would be too bulky and that self tapping screws without washers won’t have enough coverage for them not to tear through the dibond.
