those recesses look like they would have been fun. 😉To be honest, we originally used the 3M 480 on this vehicle and it failed, twice, in all the recesses. I personally took a sample of the material to 3M head office and asked for a ‘please explain’
The original wrap was done in 3M IJ180 and was still in reasonable condition
They took so long to get back to me (they tested it in Sydney) I got an Avery sub contractor to fit 1005 for me, assuming I was at error.
3M eventually came back and said it was a faulty role. I’ve used 480 since and not had an issue.
