Update your software
On Wednesday it took us all day to cut 3, 3 colour logo’s for a van we had booked in. Our Graphtec plotter was temperamental to say the least, with the registration marks cutting into the artwork, despite there being a 10mm space between them.
Tempers were high, but today a quick look in Cutting Master and there’s an update for it.
Problem solved… we’ve cut 6 of the same logo, with the same issue this morning, updated Cutting Master and Viola! cut the remaining layers without any hiccups. :thumbup2:
After driving myself mad and on the verge of chucking it out the door on Wednesday she’s back working like it should be.
So if you’re having issues with your hardware, might be worth just checking for any updates for the software.
