  Banner frame help please!

  Hi All,
  Happy Easter! we have been asked to quote on two banners. The first one is 10.95m x 3.10m, and they want it strung between the two balconies (see photo), and the second one is 13.20cm x 3.40cm and they want it strung between the bottom of the balcony and on the wall.

  I will go for perforation banner material, but can anyone recommend a system to hold the in place. The normal system we use doesn’t work in this instance. I am getting quote locally for a bespoke system, but wondered if there’s anything out there off the shelf that will do the job??
