Planning Permission – B1 planning usage, advice needed?
Hello all, I am looking to expand into an adjoining unit, The unit has B1 planning consent and I want to provide a trade counter within this unit, also an area to showcase my product range and services.(which visitors can purchase)
My question is; Can I do what I want to do with B1 planning consent. Do other members provide similar facilities with the same planning use classification? I have talked, informally, to my local planning office but I think they thrive in creating obscurity and a little confusion. The unit is on a well established industrial estate, with various trade merchants, workshops etc.
