Roland SP540v Print Head Problem, Help Please?
Can anybody help? My printer has developed a problem it is not printing a block of ink on both heads and I am getting contamination between the ink lines again on both heads see photo of test print I have replaced the cables from the main board and the print carriage board also the head cables and the print carriage board also new style pump new caps new dampers but still not resolved the problem the heads are not showing any damage no head strikes etc pulling my hair out and costing me a fortune ink wasted ink.
Hope somebody may have an idea local tech has said he has never seen this problem before he doesn’t think the heads are damaged as the missing nozzles are the same on both heads.[/img]
