  Prints are slightly too short

  First time we’ve had this problem…
  Printing on our Roland Sol Jet Pro 2, prints are approximately 120cm square. Matching Sintra panels were cut on our cnc table from the same files. The cnc portion of the job is spot-on but the prints are coming out about .635" too short. Tried an env. match without any difference…suggestions?

  Problem solved…operator error as usual.
  One of our staff had set the printer up for canvas and hadn’t re-calibrated.
