  Banner hemming powertape? Looking for cheapest UK supplier.

  hey, guys do any of you use this power tape instead of hemming?

  we are looking to buy in bulk, do any of you know the cheapest uk supplier?

  £14 is the cheapest i can find

  We have bought similar from Paperlinx.
  I say similar because i am not sure if power tape is what its called from them. 😀
  we normally use the general method of double sided tape to hem a banner.
  larger banners and joining banners we use a leister banner welder.
  however, when doing large banners we now try to use this "powertape" around the perimetre of big banners for the added strength.

  i don’t know how much we pay for a roll, but keep in mind roll length when comparing prices. bit like vinyl… 50 metres in UK but some rolls of vinyl come in 46 metres or there about because its reeled in 50 yards from the states

  Hi Rob,

  yes the rolls are 33m its seems very expensive for what it is. the manufacture of this is from the US.

  i will look into the tape from Paperlinx.

  do you think its a alternative to hemming.
