The Latex 360 with its ink collector kit also now allows printing directly to porous textiles including mesh banners and flags without any requirement for a liner. The increased speed of these new printers is matched with fantastic and consistent colour and sharp detail is a real plus point, improving productivity and quality of output. The 300 range is the market leader in image quality at best-in-class high speed, with the HP Latex Optimizer instantly pinning pigments onto the media, preventing bleed.

Easy Operation
Many tasks are automated by the printers, freeing up operator time. A number of controls have been moved to the printer from the PC and the printers are pre-populated with data such as media profiles for HP-branded and generic media, with others easily downloaded using the printer’s simple touchscreen. This touchscreen, 8 inches wide on the 360 and 4 inches wide on the 330 and 310, provides simple and intuitive operation together with a QR code on the screen for instant access to online support videos should you need them. Warm up time has been considerably reduced and takes only about 90 seconds. Print speeds have been increased and with the improved ink-curing system, output from the printers comes out dry and ready to use – doing away with additional drying time and allowing faster turnaround on print jobs. Additionally, there is no requirement for daily maintenance or cleaning; that means there’s more time each work day that the printer can be printing and making you money!
Environmental advantage
Plenty of effort has been spent to ensure these new Latex printers are as environmentally friendly as possible. They switch to their energy-saving ‘sleep’ mode after 25 minutes of inactivity, yet they only take around 90 seconds to warm up again. The HP Latex inks are completely free from odours, free from HAPS and require no special ventilation in production areas.
