    Time to practice your vectorising skills! You’ve a REALLY good photo there of the design, simply load it into your graphics program and ‘draw’ a point to point to point vector set of curves over it and then blow it up to size…max 10 mins work to get it good, 15 to get it perfect.

    I would bet that artwork is on sign labs fonts and clipart disk.
    Our are years old but there’s a good old bunch of them the very same on that disk. Haven’t browsed it in years but remember doing a bunch of motor Holmes in that sort of stuff direct from that disk.if you have sign lab ide make that my first stop.
