Hello community, my name is Norbert, I am resident in Reutlingen, nearby south of DE-Stuttgart and uv-printer since 7 years.
My wife and I are selfemployed, using a Dupont Cromaprint 22uv with Nazdar ink, our maininterest is glassprinting.
Glass is amazing and nevertheless a new and growing market with better revenues.
The UV-prints fulfill most of the enduser requirements in kitchen, shower, doors and others. We did durabilitytests at the university and didn´t fail.

Looking for Galaxy printheads I found this wonderfull website. Some of the questions I had are in the forum as well, for example very cheap heads offered from very curios companies.
I am servicing our Croma and Zünd-cutter system, maybe I can help to answer some questions.

Best wishes and greetings to all, have a good 2014.

Hi there Norbert, good to have you on the boards, and look forward to hearing more about your glass printing skills, I lived in Koln for two years and used to have some German, long gone now.
    Regards
    Graham

Thank´s a lot for your replys.
In the moment I have stormy weather in the projects and so I sometimes forget the time when looking for solutions.
Last week the cromanetcs RIP need my attention, because there was a cyan shade in the prints. I tried to manipulate the color curves but that was not a really good idea. At least it was solved by Photoshop in the cyan-colorcurve by a click.
The next project are flatlight panels from acrylic for lightning the printed glass. I tried to do cut a grid in the surface in order to break the edgelight of the LED´s, but it needs a very long time, because the speed of the razorblade is slow. Using higher speed the knife point is melting. The light result is not as expected, it´s not constant over the surface.
And last not least I am testing our glass-treatment for UV-printing, and this works very fine. Last week a college was here for a 3-days training, to use it with his UV-printer for a wholesaleglass partner.
OK, that´s what I am doing now. And if there is a little bit time I root around the forum to learn more about you.

Thank´s a lot, bye for now.
