  Problem exporting jpeg logo signlab to versaworks

  Hi All

  Customer has supplied a reasonable jpeg logo with a white background that imports well into all my different sign packages.

  Trouble is when I export to versaworks this particular logo just shows as a black square.

  Whats occuring clever people?

  Hi John, Versaworks does not like compressed images. If you are taking into Signlab 9, go to Options > Signlab Setup > Postscript Setup change the bitmap compression to NONE. Then retry the export.
