  Problems roland pc 60

  Hi all I’m having a problem with the magenta tape on the printer
  it prints every colour except magenta
  Its a roland pc 60
  Any help

  have you tried changing the cartridge to another magenta?

  Yes mate iv tried 2 but both from the same supplier
  Some one has said to try a different supplier
  But who else supplies them

  PrintONE?

  could it be the code strip on the cart?
  have you tried rotating the carts to see if its the pickup dock thats not working?
