  Mounting foamboard with gallery (wrapped around) edges

  would anyone have any techniques for mounting vinyl to foamboard, with wrapped around edges. Normally you would just trim the edges off to create a perfectly aligned print, but with wrapped around vinyl, the print must me perfectly aligned before mounting. We have a number to do, and the print has parallel lines, which would look slanted if not perfectly done.

  I would use Foamex for this as the edge of Foamcore is too soft for wrapping.
  Simple crop marks to align the print and board will suffice or if you have one a light box table top is very handy.
