    Screen printing those would be very time consuming and difficult because of all the colors. Remember for every color that means one more screen and one more registration. If that dark transfer works like says it will then I think that would be ideal. Although it looks like you have to be able to print white ink for the white lettering. I’m still not sure that you could wrap the edges. I assume thats what you were talking about when referring to corners.

    Yeah, this is the problem…
    Even with a simpler 2 or 3 colour design, I’m concerned about lining up a screen correctly/accurately.
